I did not paint today, because a small child in the house beside my easel was eager to try her hand. After her three lovely paintings, it became to hot to paint until evening.  Today’s sketch and two scene shots.

    1. I give lessons to children whose mothers want them to paint, but when the child is attracted on their own it greatly improves the quality of their art, at every drawing skill level. It also inspires me.

      1. It’s great that children still want to paint and parents still want them to learn to paint. Computers have not yet taken over all aspects of creativity it would seem 🙂

      2. I think children crave actual experiences in the organic development of their minds. Maybe more than when I was a child because they seem to be indoors more.
